Małgorzata Śledź-Skrzekowska
Energy engineer · solar PV, wind, battery storage
I am a graduate in energy engineering from AGH University of Krakow, and since 2021 I have been building my professional experience in the renewable energy sector.
I started my career at Alpha Solar, now part of the RWE group, where I carried out yield analyses of solar PV farms for the renewable energy auctions run by the Polish Energy Regulatory Office (URE). I then spent almost four years at KENO, delivering EPC solar PV projects in Poland and across Europe, including Germany, Lithuania, Romania and the Czech Republic. Today at Hynfra I work on renewable energy projects integrated with battery energy storage in the Middle East and Africa.
My experience also covers CO₂ emissions reporting and ESG strategy. Alongside my career, for the past nine years I have been teaching maths, geography and English, preparing students for their primary school leaving exam and the Matura.
